The Beverly Hills Iced Tea Cocktail is a variation of the Long Island Iced Tea, but it’s more refined and elegant. If you can’t decide whether to use gin or vodka in your cocktail, no worries – this iced tea includes both gin and vodka.
Long Island Iced Tea is traditionally topped off with cola and Beverly Hills Iced Tea is topped off with champagne.

- 1 cocktail shaker
Ingredients
- 3/4 ounce Empress 1908 gin
- 3/4 ounce Cirrus Vodka Vodka made in Virginia
- 1 ounce triple sec
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup (add another 1/2 ounce simple syrup if you enjoy a little sweeter cocktail)
- champagne to top cocktail
- 1 slice star fruit
Instructions
- Place gin, voda, triple sec, lime juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Cover cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
- Strain cocktail into a tall ice-filled glass. Top with champagne and stir gently.
- Garnish with star fruit slice.
