Equipment

  • 1 cocktail shaker

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 ounce Empress 1908 gin
  • 3/4 ounce Cirrus Vodka Vodka made in Virginia
  • 1 ounce triple sec
  • 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup (add another 1/2 ounce simple syrup if you enjoy a little sweeter cocktail)
  • champagne to top cocktail
  • 1 slice star fruit

Instructions
 

  • Place gin, voda, triple sec, lime juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Cover cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
  • Strain cocktail into a tall ice-filled glass. Top with champagne and stir gently.
  • Garnish with star fruit slice.
