Snowflake Martini

Equipment

  • 1 cocktail shaker

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 ounce Frangelica
  • 1/2 ounce white creme de cocao
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1/4 ounce half and half
  • Ice
  • garnish: cocktail cherry with stem

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Cover shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with cocktail cherry.

Pomegranate Martini

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 ounce PAMA pomegranate liqueur
  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • splash sweet and sour mix
  • splash Sprite
  • Ice
  • Garnish: cocktail cherry with stem

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Cover shaker and shake vigorously.
  • Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with cocktail cherry.

Winter Bourbon Smash

Equipment

  • 1 cocktail shaker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 ounce Bowman Brothers Bourbon
  • 2 tablespoons seedless blackberry jam
  • 1/2 ounce triple sec
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • splash club soda
  • Garnish: orange wedge and fresh blackberries on a cocktail pick
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients (except garnish) to a cocktail shaker half filled with ice.
  • Cover and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  • Strain into a chilled old fashioned glass with ice.
  • Top with a splash of club soda.
  • Garnish with an orange wedge and fresh blackberries on a cocktail pick.

Classic French 75

Ingredients
  

  • 1 to 2 ounces gin
  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 ounces Champagne
  • Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, pour the gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Cover and shake vigorously. Place a few small ice cubes in a chilled Champagne flute. Strain the cocktail into the Champagne flute. Top with Champagne. Garnish with lemon peel twist.
