Madman Mule

Course Drinks
Servings 1 cocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 ounce vodka
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 ounce pomegranate juice
  • 4 ounces Q ginger beer

Instructions
 

  • Build drink in a highball glass filled with ice.

Apple Snap

Servings 1 cocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce rye whiskey
  • 1/4 ounce Grand Marnier
  • 3 ounces lemon juice
  • 3 ounces fresh apple cider
  • 5 ounces Q Ginger Beer
  • 1 apple slice
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions
 

  • Fill Collins glass with ice. Pour in the spirits and add the juices.
  • Then pour in the Q Ginger Beer and gently stir.
  • Note that you can also pour the Grand Marnier last to create a layered effect.
  • Garnish with apple slice and cinnamon stick.

Pumpkin Smash

Equipment

  • 1 cocktail shaker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 ounce spiced rum
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin butter
  • 2 ounces apple cider
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 5 ounces Q ginger beer
  • 1 orange slice

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve the pumpkin butter into the rum and cider an then shake all ingredients except Q ginger beer.
  • Strain into a large wine glass filled with ice and top with ginger beer.
  • Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice.

Thyme Well Spent

Servings 1 cocktail

Equipment

  • 1 cocktail shaker

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 4 ounces Q ginger ale
  • 1 thyme sprig
  • 1 lemon peel twist

Instructions
 

  • Remove the leaves from one sprig of thyme.
  • Muddle the leaves in bottom of mixing glass (cocktail shaker) and add the remaining ingredients except for the Q ginger ale.
  • Shake and then strain into a large rocks glass.
  • Top with Q ginger ale and garnish with another thyme sprig.
