My friends at Ketel One Vodka sent me the most fabulous martini recipes for our spring season. I am excited for the reopening of farmers markets which coinsides with a natural shift in cocktail culture toward more seasonal, produce-driven serves.
Patrick Schwarzenegger is the Ketel One Vodka Spirit Advisor (doesn’t that sound like fun?!) and when I received his recipe for a Tomatini, I realized what my tomato water martini (that I love) was missing…white balsamic vinegar.
The tomatini is flavorful and especially refreshing sipped in the spring sunshine. Enjoy!
