Homemade Thousand Island Dressing

Ever since I was a child, Thousand Island was my favorite salad dressing. It’s easy to make and I recently found this fabulous recipe in the Bridal Edition of the Betty Crocker Cookbook. It calls for pimiento stuffed green olives in place of the pickle relish. YUM!
