Summer Peach Sangria

Cool refreshing sangria with strawberries, blueberries, peaches and raspberries – the perfect sipper for a hot summer day! Even more fun, Proscecco makes it bubbly!

Summer Peach Sangria

Equipment

  • 1 large glass pitcher

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bottles rosé wine, chilled preferably dry Provence rosé
  • 1 quart strawberries, capped and cut in half
  • 2 peaches, peeled, pitted and cut into cubes
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 bottle prosecco, chilled
  • 1 cup sparkling water, chilled
  • garnish – raspberries and fresh mint sprigs

Instructions
 

  • Place rosé, strawberries, peaches and blueberries in a large glass pitcher and stir with long-handled spoon.
  • Cover pitcher and refrigerate for one hour.
  • Stir in chilled prosecco and sparkling water before serving.
  • Toss a few fresh raspberries in each glass of sangria and garnish with a mint sprig.
