Summer Peach Sangria

- 2 bottles rosé wine, chilled preferably dry Provence rosé
- 1 quart strawberries, capped and cut in half
- 2 peaches, peeled, pitted and cut into cubes
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 bottle prosecco, chilled
- 1 cup sparkling water, chilled
- garnish - raspberries and fresh mint sprigs
Place rosé, strawberries, peaches and blueberries in a large glass pitcher and stir with long-handled spoon.
Cover pitcher and refrigerate for one hour.
Stir in chilled prosecco and sparkling water before serving.
Toss a few fresh raspberries in each glass of sangria and garnish with a mint sprig.
