Frozen daiquiris are the MOST REFRESHING cocktail during these hot summer months. My raspberry strawberry frozen daiquiris are made with raspberry balsamic vinegar and seedless raspberry jam (make sure your jam are seedless so you won’t have pesky little raspberry seeds in your cocktail), which makes my daiquiris less cloyingly sweet than many other strawberry daiquiris.

- 1 Blender
- 1 mason jar
Ingredients
- 3 ounces light rum
- 1/2 teaspoon Olivelle Vine-Ripened Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
- 5 strawberries, capped and cut into 4 pieces each
- 2 tablespoons seedless raspberry jam
- very small pinch salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- handful (about 1/4 cup) ice
- 1/2 strawberry (with cap intact) for garnish
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except ice in blender container. Cover container and blend on medium speed until strawberries are pureed.
- Add ice and blend on medium-high speed until ice is crushed.
- Place daiquiri in mason jar and cover. Freeze until ready to serve. Garnish with 1/2 strawberry.
