Raspberry Strawberry Frozen Daiquiri

- 3 ounces light rum
- 1/2 teaspoon Olivelle Vine-Ripened Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
- 5 strawberries, capped and cut into 4 pieces each
- 2 tablespoons seedless raspberry jam
- very small pinch salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- handful (about 1/4 cup) ice
- 1/2 strawberry (with cap intact) for garnish
Place all ingredients except ice in blender container. Cover container and blend on medium speed until strawberries are pureed.
Add ice and blend on medium-high speed until ice is crushed.
Place daiquiri in mason jar and cover. Freeze until ready to serve. Garnish with 1/2 strawberry.
