Raspberry Strawberry Frozen Daiquiri

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 mason jar

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ounces light rum
  • 1/2 teaspoon Olivelle Vine-Ripened Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
  • 5 strawberries, capped and cut into 4 pieces each
  • 2 tablespoons seedless raspberry jam
  • very small pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • handful (about 1/4 cup) ice
  • 1/2 strawberry (with cap intact) for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients except ice in blender container. Cover container and blend on medium speed until strawberries are pureed.
  • Add ice and blend on medium-high speed until ice is crushed.
  • Place daiquiri in mason jar and cover. Freeze until ready to serve. Garnish with 1/2 strawberry.
