Texas Hold ’em Burgers
The secret ingredients in these yummy grilled burgers – sour cream to make them moist and Clark and Hopkins Texas Pepper Sauce gives them ZING!
- 2.25 pounds ground beef
- 8 tablespoons Clark and Hopkins Texas Pepper Sauce available in local Virginia gourmet/wine stores or on-line
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 teaspoons Cavender's Greek Seasoning
- 9 Brioche hamburger buns
- 9 slices American cheese
- condiments, lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions for service
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, sour cream, pepper sauce and Greek seasoning.
Shape ground beef mixture into 9 hamburger patties.
Grill hamburgers to desired doneness. Top with cheese and allow cheese to melt.
Toast brioche buns and place cheeseburgers on buns. Serve with your choice of condiments.
