I love crispy bacon! I make it crispy in my oven. Here’s how I do it:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a large baking sheet (with sides so fat will not drip over sides of pan) with parchment paper. Place bacon strips on baking sheet with a little space in between the slices.

Place baking sheet in oven and bake bacon for 30 minutes. Watch the bacon carefully so it does not burn. Depending on the thickness of the bacon it may take a few minutes more or less to cook the bacon crisp.
Remove bacon from oven and allow to cool.
