Pomegranate Cinnamon Tangarine Mocktail

To make this mocktail a cocktail, add your favorite bourbon.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar syrup
  • 1/4 cup tangarine juice
  • 1 ounce ginger beer
  • garnish: cinnamon stick and 1/2 orange slice
  • To make brown sugar cinnamon simple syrup: Heat 1/2 cup each brown sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium low heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add 2 cinnamon sticks. Cover and allow to steep for 5 minutes. Remove cinnamon sticks.

Instructions
 

  • Fill an old fashioned cocktail glass half way with ice.
  • Add pomegranate juice, syrup and tangerine juice to a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes. Cover and shake well. Strain into the tumbler.
  • Garnish mocktail with a cinnamon stick and half orange slice.

Flirty Shirley

Prep Time 20 minutes
Total Time 3 minutes

Servings 1 mocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces chilled pomegranate juice
  • 3 ounces chilled Boylan Bottling Co. Shirley Temple soda
  • Ginger Beer
  • Garnish: Amarena cherry

Instructions
 

  • Place champagne flute in freezer to chill for 15 minutes.
  • Place pomegrante juice in chilled flute. Add Shirley Temple soda.
  • Top with ginger beer and garnish with Amarena cherry.
