Bacon Wrapped Chili Lime Shrimp

Ingredients
- 24 raw tail-on Jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 12 slices lean bacon, cut in half
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
Instructions
- Place shrimp in a zip-lock bag.
- Sprinkle shrimp with Old Bay Seasoning. Seal bag and shake to coat shrimp with seasoning.
- Remove shrimp from bag.
- Wrap half slice bacon around each shrimp.
- Place shrimp on baking sheet with seam side down.
- Make lime honey vinaigrette: Combine lime juice, honey and chili flakes in a small bowl. Add more honey and/or chili flakes to taste. Set aside.
- Place bacon wrapped shrimp under broiler in the oven. Broil 2 – 3 minutes on each side or until bacon is crispy. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
- Place shrimp on a serving plate and drizzle with lime honey vinaigrette.
