Instructions
Place oven-proof pasta bowls in warm oven to warm while preparing pasta. Fill pasta pot with water and add 2 teaspoons salt. Bring water to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium and cook pasta until it is al dente, about 7 minutes.
Drain water off pasta and set aside pasta.
Place 1/4 cup butter in a frying pan. Melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and shallots to melted butter and stir. Cook over medium heat until garlic is beginning to turn lightly brown and shallots are translucent. Reduce heat to medium low.
Add lemon olive oil, stir.
Add lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar and 1 teaspoon salt.
Stir in heavy cream and add pasta. Toss the pasta with tongs.
Add grated parmesan and toss pasta with tongs.
Place pasta in warmed serving bowls. Garnish with green onion, black pepper, Parmesan cheese and lemon zest. Drizzle with Olivelle Sicilian Olive Oil. Serve immediately.
