Pomegranate Cinnamon Tangarine Mocktail

Ingredients
- 4 ounces pomegranate juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar syrup
- 1/4 cup tangarine juice
- 1 ounce ginger beer
- garnish: cinnamon stick and 1/2 orange slice
- To make brown sugar cinnamon simple syrup: Heat 1/2 cup each brown sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium low heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add 2 cinnamon sticks. Cover and allow to steep for 5 minutes. Remove cinnamon sticks.
Instructions
- Fill an old fashioned cocktail glass half way with ice.
- Add pomegranate juice, syrup and tangerine juice to a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes. Cover and shake well. Strain into the tumbler.
- Garnish mocktail with a cinnamon stick and half orange slice.

- 2 ounces chilled pomegranate juice
- 3 ounces chilled Boylan Bottling Co. Shirley Temple soda
- Ginger Beer
- Garnish: Amarena cherry
Instructions
- Place champagne flute in freezer to chill for 15 minutes.
- Place pomegrante juice in chilled flute. Add Shirley Temple soda.
- Top with ginger beer and garnish with Amarena cherry.
