Mango Salsa

Serve this flavorful fresh mango salsa with roasted or grilled pork, grilled shrimp or hint of lime tortilla chips.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large ripe mangos, peeled and pitted, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 small red onion, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 small jalapeno, stem and seeds removed, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Hint of lime tortilla chips for serving

Instructions
 

  • Place mango, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro and lime juice in a mixing bowl. Stir.
  • Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with honey. Toss to combine all ingredients.
  • Cover and chill until service. Serve with hint of lime tortilla chips.
