Peppermint Snowflake Cocktail

- 1 ounce vodka
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 ounce peppermint schnapps
- 1 ounce creme de cacao
- 2 ounces heavy cream
- 2 Andes chocolate mints
Place martini glass in freezer to chill while making cocktail. Place vodka, peppermint schnapps, creme de cacao and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker with ice. Cover shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Use a vegetable peeler or sharp knife to shave Andes chocolate mints over the top of cocktail.
