Hotter Than Hot Sausage Cheese Dip

- 1 pound hot Italian ground sausage
- 1/2 cup hot salsa
- 10 ounce can Rotel tomatoes with habanero peppers, drained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cup shredded Velveeta cheese
- 2 tablespoons sweet salad cubes (pickle relish)
- tortilla chips (sturdy chips) for serving
In a frying pan, brown sausage. Drain off fat.
Place browned sausage back in the frying pan. Add salsa, Rotel tomatoes, sour cream, Velveeta and sweet salad cubes.
Stir to combine all ingredients.
Heat over medium-low heat, stirring, until Velveeta is melted.
Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
