Equipment

  • 1 cocktail shaker
  • 1 wine glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 ounces Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
  • 1/2 ounce Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  • Prosecco
  • soda water
  • garnish: fresh mint sprig

Instructions
 

  • Shake ingredients except for Prosecco and soda water on ice in a cocktail shaker.
  • Strain into a wine glass filled with ice.
  • Top with Prosecco and a splash of soda water.
  • Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
