Layered Hummus Dip

- 1 10 ounce container hummus
- 1/2 cup tzatziki
- 1 tomato, seeded and chopped fine
- 1/4 English cucumber, peeled and chopped fine
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Kalamata olives
- 2 green onions, chopped fine
- 2 TB finely chopped fresh parsley
- Pita chips (recipe below) and crudites for serving
Spread hummus in a smooth layer in the bottom of an 8"x 8" square baking dish. Dollop tzatziki by small spoonfuls over the top, then gently spread to create a new layer.
Sprinkle tomato, cucumber, feta, olives and green onion over the top. Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with pita chips and crudites.
