Extra virgin olive oil for serving
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a mortar and pestle. Grind ingredients together with pestle.
Place one tablespoon of spice mixture in a shallow bowl. Pour extra virgin olive oil over the mixture and stir gently.
Serve with toasted pita bread chips.
