Bacon Wrapped Chili Lime Shrimp

- 24 raw tail-on Jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 12 slices lean bacon, cut in half
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
Place shrimp in a zip-lock bag.
Sprinkle shrimp with Old Bay Seasoning. Seal bag and shake to coat shrimp with seasoning.
Remove shrimp from bag.
Wrap half slice bacon around each shrimp.
Place shrimp on baking sheet with seam side down.
Make lime honey vinaigrette: Combine lime juice, honey and chili flakes in a small bowl. Add more honey and/or chili flakes to taste. Set aside.
Place bacon wrapped shrimp under broiler in the oven. Broil 2 - 3 minutes on each side or until bacon is crispy. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
Place shrimp on a serving plate and drizzle with lime honey vinaigrette.
