- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces cooked corned beef, chopped into small pieces
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained well
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Triscuits for serving
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Coat a baking dish with vegetable spray.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, sour cream, dressing, salt and pepper and mix well.
Spread into the prepared baking dish and bake until hot and bubbly, 15 - 20 minutes. Serve with Triscuits
