Raspberry Mustard Vinaigrette

- 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 3 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Pommery mustard
- 2 teaspoons AR's Hot Southern Honey
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Place all ingredients in mason jar. Stir with long handled spoon to combine all ingredients.
Cover mason jar and shake vigorously to emulsify.
Place jar in refrigerator and chill until service.
