Aguas Frescas – translated in English meaning “fresh waters” – are refreshing non-alcoholic drinks often made with fresh fruit. They are popular in Mexico and in the southwest United States. One of my favorites is Watermelon Lime Aguas Frescas. A fabulous way to stay hydrated during the summer.
