Pretty In Pink Sparkling Cocktails

Pink sparkling cocktails are always a refreshing treat! I am so happy to share my favorite pink bubbly cocktails with you and a mocktail too…

I love Lemon Drop Martinis! My Pink Lemon Drop is the perfect cocktail to serve at a Bridal Shower, Mother’s Day or spring brunch celebration.

Pink Lemon Drop Martini

A bubbly pink version of the classic Lemon Drop Martini
Prep Time 15 minutes
Course Drinks
Servings 2 cocktails

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 1 1/2 ounces limoncello
  • 2 ounces  sweet and sour mix reduce amount of sweet and sour mix for a less sweet drink
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 2 drops maraschino cherry juice
  • Champagne or prosecco for topping
  •  Lemon slices and maraschino cherries for garnish
  • Lime wedge and fine sugar for glass rim

Instructions
 

  • Rub rim of martini glass with lime wedge. Roll rim in fine sugar to create sugar rim. Place glasses in freezer to chill while preparing martini.
  • Add all ingredients except champagne and garnish to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into martini glasses and top off with champagne and garnish.
     

Elderflower Rosé Lemonade Fizz

Enjoy the perfect flavor combination of elderflower and lemon in a cocktail! Did you know that Prince Harry and Meghan served an elderflower and lemon cake at their wedding? Sweet!

Course Drinks

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ounces chilled Belvoir Fruit Farms Elderflower and Rosé Lemonade
  • 3 ounces chilled champagne or prosecco
  • Splash pomegranate juice
  • Garnish: cocktail cherry with stem

Instructions
 

  • Place lemonade in champagne flute. Top with champagne or prosecco. Add a splash of pomegranate juice. Garnish with cocktail cherry.

Mocktail Elderflower Rosé Fizz

Prep Time 15 minutes
Servings 1

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ounces chilled Belvoir Fruit Farms Elderflower and Rosé Lemonade
  • 3 ounces chilled gingerale
  • Splash pomegranate juice
  • Garnish:cocktail cherry with stem

Instructions
 

  • Place lemonade in a champagne flute. Top with gingerale. Add a splash of pomegranate juice. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.

Champagne Cosmo

Love Cosmos? You will LOVE this sparkling version of the classic Cosmo!
Prep Time 30 minutes
Course Drinks
Servings 8 cocktails

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
  • 1/2 cup  Grand Marnier
  • 3 TB fresh lime juice
  • 8  thin strips of lime zest (from 2 limes), each about 1/4 inch wide and 3 inches long
  • 2 bottles brut sparkling wine or Champagne, chilled

Instructions
 

  • Combine the cranberry juice, Grand Marnier, and lime juice in a small pitcher and mix well. Hold a lime strip over a tall Champagne flute,twist or tie it into a single knot to release the essential oils, and drop the zest into the flute. Repeat with the remaining zest and seven more flutes.
  • Divide the juice mixture equally among the flutes. Top each flute with the sparkling wine (depending on the size of your flutes, you may not need all of the wine). Serve immediately.
