A lovely tequila cocktail which combines tequila with creme de cassis (a sweet blackcurrant liqueur), lime juice and ginger. So refreshing and fruity with a bit of ZING from the ginger beer!

- 1 highball glass
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces tequila resposado
- 1/2 ounce creme de cassis
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- 3 ounces ginger beer, chilled
- ice cubes
- garnish: 2 blackberries and lime wheel
Instructions
- Fill highball glass half full of ice.
- Pour the tequila, creme de cassis and lime juice over ice.
- Top with chilled ginger beer and stir gently.
- Garnish cocktail with one blackberry on a cocktail pick, followed by a lime wheel and another blackberry. Place cocktail pick over the top of the highball glass.
