My favorite dish to serve on Sunday evening is pasta. Something about simmering tomato sauce on my stove (something like “Sunday Sauce” – a rich, slow-cooked meat-based tomato sauce that a centerpiece of Italian-American Sunday dinners – maybe this comes from me watching too many episodes of The Sopranos?). I am excited to share my recipe for Bolognese Sauce that I make for my husband and me to enjoy as we watch our favorite TV shows on Sunday evening.
