The secret ingredients in these yummy grilled burgers - sour cream to make them moist and Clark and Hopkins Texas Pepper Sauce gives them ZING!

Ingredients
  

  • 2.25 pounds ground beef
  • 8 tablespoons Clark and Hopkins Texas Pepper Sauce available in local Virginia gourmet/wine stores or on-line
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Cavender's Greek Seasoning
  • 9 Brioche hamburger buns
  • 9 slices American cheese
  • condiments, lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions for service

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, sour cream, pepper sauce and Greek seasoning.
  • Shape ground beef mixture into 9 hamburger patties.
  • Grill hamburgers to desired doneness. Top with cheese and allow cheese to melt.
  • Toast brioche buns and place cheeseburgers on buns. Serve with your choice of condiments.
